- PRICING -

*All pricing shown is an estimate only- and although it is accurate in most cases, pricing is subject to change.
*These prices do not necessarily include sales taxes, and tax may be added depending on where the client is located.
Mixing Projects
Mixing Projects are priced per song in ranges of 5 stem increments.
The number of stems refers to the how many audio files are provided by the client for a given song.
Any additional stems generated by the mixing process will not change the pricing.

See the table below for the song pricing structure:

STEMS PRICE PER
Up to 5 $30 / song
Up to 10 $60 / song
Up to 15 $90 / song
Up to 20 $120 / song
Up to 25 $150 / song
Etc.

Add full Mastering services to any mixing project for $15 per song.

Revisions

Minor revisions may be done at no charge.
Major revisions may be up to 50% of the original mix price per song.

Delivery

Mixed songs (unmastered) are delivered as WAV files at the same bit depth and sample rate of the stems that were provided from the client.
In some cases, mixes may be delivered at a higher bit depth and/or sample rate than what was provided from the client.

*Ideally stems should be provided by the artist / engineer as 24 Bit 48 Khz WAV files (or higher quality).
Do not dither your audio, nor export at a lower bit depth & sample rate than your session is set to.

Dithering or mixing down to a lower bit depth is best left for the mastering process.
Mixes without mastering will be delivered with the necessary headroom for third party mastering.

Mixed songs will be delivered as a single high quality WAV file.
Requests for stems or any other kind of final export should be made clear by the client at the beginning of the project.

For Mastered Mixes, see the 'Mastering Projects' section below for more information on delivery.
Mastering Projects
Mastering Projects are priced per song. In the case of mastering, a song refers to a single mixed WAV file.

PROJECT PRICE PER
Add Mastering to a Mixing Project $15 / song
Third party mix $45 / song

Revisions

Minor revisions may be done at no charge.
Major revisions may cost up to 50% of the original mastering price per song.

Delivery

Mastered song files will be delivered in the format of 24 Bit, 48 Khz WAV File(s) unless a specific format is otherwise requested.
This format is very high quality and is preferred by distribution services like DistroKid.
The other most common format for distribution services like CD Baby is 16 Bit, 44.1 Khz WAV.
Format requests are 100% free, just try to make it known at the beginning of the project please.

Since CD preparation is not as common with the widespread use of streaming services, DDP Files will not be provided for Mastering Projects unless requested. DDP File preparation can be added to any Mastering Project for $15 per project.
DDP Files are special files specifically prepared for physical CD printing.
